Once we have completed your photography our standard turn around time is 5 working days. However if you require your images sooner than this we may be able to offer 24hr, 48hr and 72hr turn arounds at additional prices.

No problem, we’re usually able to provide an Express 24hr turn around. It’s best to call us as soon as possible, so we can check our availabilities

Brandpix loves building image libraries for their clients that are not complicated by restrictive image licensing terms. You will have full use of your images, including print.

When sending your product for the shoot, please make sure it's in shoot-ready condition. We kindly ask you to double-check for any scratches or dents to ensure the best possible outcome. Also pay careful attention to detail – for example, the labels on bottles or jars need to be in perfect condition and absolutely straight. If it's feasible, we suggest sending multiple products. Having a backup can be really handy in case any accidental damage occurs during the shoot. We want to make sure we capture your product in its best light, and having an extra one on hand can give us peace of mind.

Your satisfaction is our priority, so please let us know if you have any specific requests or requirements. We'll do everything we can to accommodate them and ensure your product looks amazing in the final images.

We use an online creative platform for your pre-production process. It's an awesome tool where we can all come together and collaborate on creative ideas and all the nitty-gritty details of the shoot. Your input is super important to us !

If you want your products back, no problem at all! Just include a return post bag when you send them to us. We'll make sure they find their way back to you safe and sound. But if you prefer not to include a return post bag, don't worry! We'll keep your products stored for up to 6 months, so you can decide later if you want them back. We're here to make things convenient for you, so just let us know what works best!

To secure your shoot with us, we just need a 50% deposit and a signed contract. Don't worry; it's a simple process! Once that's done, you can make the final payment before we release your fantastic content

Step 1- Initial Enquiry

Before we get started on your project, we'd love to hear your ideas and preferences! Get in touch with us by email, or our contact form or give us a call so we can discuss your project. We'll ask you to fill out a short creative brief, which will help us understand exactly what you're looking for. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor our quote to meet your expectations. After you have accepted the quote we will email you a 50% deposit invoice which will secure your scheduled shoot date. We will also email a copy of our contract for signing so we can commence work.

Step 2 - Pre- Production

We use an online creative platform called Milanote for your pre-production process. It's an awesome tool where we can all come together and collaborate on creative ideas and all the nitty-gritty details of the shoot. Your input is super important to us!

Once we've fleshed out everything and fine-tuned the plan, we'll ask for your final approval on the board. This way, we'll know that everything is just the way you want it, and we can get started on creating something awesome together!

Production - Photography Shoot

Now is the time we dive into the creative process and make magic happen! We will will be in touch at the end of the day to update you on the shoot progress and what is the next step.

Post Production of Images

We’ll do basic retouching of the images like colour management or more extensive retouching like background removal, which will have been agreed prior to the shoot. We’ll send you an image gallery for review, initially these will be watermarked for preview. Once approved and the balance of payment received we will email a link to download your photos ready for you to use.

Generally we provide images in High Resolution JPEG print ready 300 DPI at 3000px on the long edge. If you need any specific file formats please let us know at the time of booking your photography.
